Located on the 50th floor, diners can escape the mundane with the delicate tastes of line caught seabass with tiger prawns and clams or lamb rack served with bumed onion, parsnip puree and rosemary jus. Sundowners by the beach

The alfresco season in Dubai as officially started. In celebration, this week, Italian hotspot Bussola at the Westin Mina Seyahiopened its terraces and launched a new happy hour. Aperitivo runs daily from 4-7pm and a sees various drinks reduced to just Dhs32 and overlooking the beach, it’s arguably one of the best spots in town to watch the sunset. Plus, if you get a little hungry there’s a host of delectable Italian bites to dig into here. We rate the fresh pizza which is baked in a traditional pizza oven.
