Jump on-board the Seoul train as Kimpo, a new twisted Korean street food experience, has arrived at the five-star Conrad Dubai with a no clucks given attitude. Helmed by the South Korean-born Chef Sung Choul, the street food kitchen has promised the authentic experience of ‘chimaek’ – portmanteau of ‘chicken’ and ‘maekju’ (Korean for hops). Inspired by both the French and the Italian Riviera, Mercury Lounge at Four Seasons Resort Dubai, is bringing in the taste and atmosphere of both the worlds in their newly launched early dinner series, “Taste of Riviera”.
