Jumeirah Mina A’Salam’s renowned Chinese restaurant, Zheng He's invites guests to celebrate Chinese New Year with a festive five-course set menu created to reflect culinary traditions of the Far East and bring about prosperity for the year ahead. The limited-edition menu (running until February 4) features Chinese New Year Dumplings before continuing with a traditional Cantonese salad of “Yusheng”, which includes Rainbow Combo Fresh Abalone and Chilled Salmon. If you're feeling inspired to try a plant-based diet, or are doing Veganuary, then you'll be pleased to know that Instaworthy restaurant Bounty Beets (at Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina) has made its vegan menu a permanent fixture. The dedicated line-up includes tasty dishes such as pizza, spaghetti and the popular Beyond burger. We rate the spec taco lab, which comes with three soft zucchini taco shells stuffed with spiced vegan mince and guacamole.
