Michelin Star chef Akira Back brings his Japanese and Korean inspired flavours to a brand-new plant-based menu this month. Known for its stylish ambience and skyline views, you can expect a fine dining experience here. The menu features creative dishes such as Edamame Risotto with Yuja Sake Foam and Beyond AB tacos featuring the popular mock meat, Beyond Beef.
